- Clear photographs of the package and products.
- Order details and proof of purchase.
Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Orders refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may not be eligible for refunds, exchanges, or reshipment without additional charges.
