Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • An uncut and continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package before opening.
  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging.
  • Your order number.

Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video will not be considered.

Once we receive and verify the required evidence, our team will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Any replacement or compensation will be provided solely at our discretion.
